Total of 16 arrests for murder of 88 people in San Fernando

Mexican authorities are confirming a total of 16 arrests for the murders of 88 people whose bodies were found in a series of mass graves in San Fernando, Tamaulipas.
Mexico's Attorney General's Office (PGR) confirmed the new total of arrests on Monday.
The Mexican army arrested suspects Erik Ruben Zetina-Hernandez and Armando Cesar Morales-Uscanga on Sunday.
Morales-Uscanga, who went by the alias "El Loco," allegedly admitted to participating in the murder and burial of 43 people.
A total of 88 bodies have been recovered in mass graves found in ranch communities outside San Fernando.
It's believed that the victims were kidnapped off passenger buses passing through the San Fernando area.
Mexican soldiers had previously arrested five members of a kidnapping ring back on April 7th.
Soldiers also arrest nine supsects back on April 3rd.
