An Alamo Chinese food restaurant is out to prove that not all buffets are “dirty” as often portrayed on Food 4 Thought.

It’s no secret many have been nailed by the Food Patrol for high demerits across the Valley.

Workers at Golden China located in the Alamo Plaza Shopping Center off the expressway hope their new top performer sticker will show they take kitchen cleanliness seriously.

The Food Patrol awarded the buffet a 2011 sticker for zero demerits on a health report.

But it wasn’t all good news this week at Valley kitchens.
