Starr County Sheriff’s department need your help in catching an alleged murdered.

Javier De Leon Carranza. Carranza is accused of killing his friend in Fronton which is south of Roma.

Deputy Erasmo Rios said “on July 2010, Carranza and his friend began arguing”.  The argument escalated into both men drawing guns and shooting each other. 

Carranza is believed to be in the Starr county area, but he may also be in Guerrero, Mexico.

Carranza is 5'9, weighs 150 pounds, and has black eyes and black hair.

He also goes by other alias.

Deputy Rios said this is not the first time he’s been arrested.  “He has a criminal history possession of marijuana and delivery of marijuana” said Rios.
