HARLINGEN -- TSTC will cancel classes being held after 3 pm Tuesday due to Tropical Storm Alex.

The storm is expected to strengthen into a hurricane and make landfall Wednesday night.

Phone and email systems will be unavailable as of 5 p.m. today and all students.

All faculty and staff must evacuate campus by 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Classes will resume on Monday July 5th, unless otherwise notified.
