Food 4 Thought: Don't 'Wanna' Miss Report
Posted: 06.23.2010 at 11:13 PM

This week’s Food Patrol interview with a dirty diner on South Padre Island will go down as one of the most explosive in the weekly series 6-year history.

Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill scored 25 demerits on health inspection report.

The Food Patrol traveled to the 5100 Gulf Boulevard hot spot to question the owner on a number of health code violations that included: evidence of rodents, flies and cross contamination of foods.

It was just minutes into the interview when things took a very sharp turn.

The owner became increasingly irate with the Food Patrol’s line of questioning, at one point yelling in front of dozens of her own customers who were eating and drinking outside.
