Harlingen man, woman facing robbery charges

A Harlingen man and woman faced a judge after being arrested in an aggravated robbery case.
Harlingen police arrested Ladislado Muñoz Gomez, Juleana Blanco and a 16-year-old boy for robbing two men early Tuesday morning.
The group allegedly using a gun and a baseball bat to rob two men off Stuart Place Road and Business 83.
Police told Action 4 News that the robbery happened around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday.
Investigators said a four-door truck allegedly blocked the two men's paths.
Officers spotted the suspect vehicle at a home off Palm Vista Drive.
Authorities performed a traffic stop of the vehicle off Altas Palmas and the frontage road of U.S. Expressway 83.
Authorities arrested a Gomez, Blanco and the teen under aggravated robbery charges.
Both Gomez and Blanco appeared before Harlingen Municipal Court Judge Travis Bence on Wednesday morning.
Judge Bence gave each of them $200,000 dollars in bonds.
The 16-year-old suspect was taken to the Darrell B. Hester Juvenile Justice Center in San Benito.
