Border Patrol agents are looking for human smugglers after finding an elderly illegal immigrant couple hiding inside a barn in Starr County.

Action 4 News learned that authorities found the immigrants in the rural community of La Casita Thursday morning.

Border Patrol officials said the immigrants were 65 and 67 years old.

They are married couple.

Authorities are searching the area for their smugglers.
