The Streets Of Speed "10 Cities, 10 Weeks" campaign made its third stop in Brownsville where police are fighting speeding.

Brownsville Police Chief Carlos Garcia said the department has a special traffic division who just do nothing but go after speeders.

The Speedzapper got to ride along with the traffic division.
