The Mayor of La Grulla posted bail after being arrested on Thursday.

Oscar Gonzalez is accused of making a terroristic threat against a city alderman.

Sources told Action 4 News that he threatened to punch the alderman in the face.

Police arrested the Starr County but he quickly posted bond.

Action 4 News left messages for comment but calls were not returned.

Sources said the friction between Mayor Gonzalez and the alderman stem from recent infighting at City Hall.
