U.S. Senate challenger Rick Noriega has the lead on incumbent John Cornyn in early voting.

Early numbers from across Texas, show that Noriega has received 298,120 or 56 percent of the vote.

Cornyn has 220,833 votes or 42 percent of the ballot.
