Thousands of American suffer from migraine headaches.

Most people are told that medication is the only sure.

But a new surgical procedure is getting rid of those headaches for good.

Doctors are now able to remove a small part of  muscle on the skull that eases pressure on a nerve causing the headaches.

Researchers said the procedure is successful on more than 80 percent of patients.
