Halloween is creeping up on us we are just days away now!
This is the time of year where families across the valley will be celebrating by dressing up and hitting the streets for their yearly treats.
The Harlingen Fire Dept. wants to encourage you to be safe this year and Lt. Richard Alvarez discussed some of the tips you should follow on this scary but fun holiday.
