A Brownvsille man is behind bars after he allegedly exposed himself to people in downtown Brownsville.

Brownsville police arrested 61-year-old Juan De Dios Moreno on an indecent exposure on Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators told Action 4 News that officers were called to downtown Brownsville around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Callers had reported a man walking around with his genitalia protruding from his unzipped pants.

The officers talked to Moreno and he told them his zipper was down because he urinated in the alley.

Bond information was not immediately in custody.
