A Facebook page glorifying student fights at Brownsville ISD school has been removed.

The school district district's police chief called the “BISD Fights” page a direct threat to student safety.

Users were able to watch videos of brutal fights recorded both on and off campus.

A lawyer for BISD contacted Facebook to get the page removed for inappropriate conduct and bullying.

Students in violation of school policies could be expelled.
