A Brownsville man is facing criminal charges after police officers found him semi-nude late Sunday night.

Brownsville police arrested 48-year-old Alfredo De Los Santos on a public intoxication and indecent exposure charge.

Investigators told Action 4 News that officers out on patrol found him asleep off Boca Chica and Billy Mitchell Boulevards.

Police said De Los Santos appeared drunk and had his pants to his knees exposing himself.

De Los Santos appeared before a Brownsville municipal judge on Monday morning.

Bond information was not immediately available.
