The family of 79-year-old Don Lee reported that the elderly man is missing.

Lee is a former insurance agent and state representative from the Harlingen area.

The elderly man reportedly jumped a fence at his residence off Hale Avenue in Harlingen around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Lee is described as an elderly white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.

Family members said Lee was last seen wearing a green golf shirt with pockets, blue jeans and black shoes.
