A 4-year-old boy is dead after being ejected from a vehicle during a rollover accident off Expressway 83 in McAllen.
It all happened on the eastbound lanes of Expressway 83 at McColl Road mid-Monday morning.
McAllen Fire Department Lt. Alaniz reported that a small child was ejected from the vehicle and died.
Authorities temporarily routed traffic off the expressway and on to the frontage road.
Investigators told Action 4 News that a 4-year-old boy lost his life in the accident.
The caues of the accident remains under investigation.
