A Harlingen man is behind bars after authorities found a flash drive filled with pornography and improper photos of him with young girls.
Harlingen police arrested 35-year-old Michael Angel Cantu on an improper photo/visual recording charge on Tuesday.
Cantu is accused of being the male subject feature in bondage photos and videos with girls who appeared to be under 14 years old.
Investigators told Action 4 News it all started when a man turned in an 8-gigabyte flash drive he had found to police.
Police were investigating who owned the flash drive when they came across the images of Cantu and girls as well as bondage photos of adult women.
Officers arrested Cantu on the 2500 block of Haine Drive on Thursday.
Cantu appeared before a Harlingen municipal judge on Wednesday morning where he was issued a $15,000 dollar bond.
Court records show that Cantu has addresses listed off Teege Road and West Lincoln Avenue and has previous arrests for criminal trespassing.
