A 22-year-old woman faces burglary charges after being accused of stealing from a San Benito church.

The break in happened  at a church on 1650 Combes St. Wednesday morning.

Janet Castro is accused of breaking in and ransacking the building.

San Benito Police said she stole about $1,000 worth of electronics.

Castro told police she was homeless.
