Medical examiner makes ruling on bones found in San Juan

Forensic experts have made a ruling a in a Monday morning discovery made on an abandoned lot in San Juan.

It all happened on a vacant lot on the 800 block of West Nolana Avenue.

A man was looking for bottles when he came across a set of bones that he thought could be human.

Authorities sealed off the area while forensic experts examined the bones.

A medical examiner determined that the bones were animal and not human.
