To help prevent your identity from being stolen she suggests people need to be on constant alert of when dealing with money.

By reviewing financial statements, being wary of tax services, checking credit reports and earning statements, people can better keep track of where there money is going.

Wallets should also be cleaned out on a regular basis.

Dolores also suggested to strengthen online passwords, especially when banking online.

When it comes to emails, do not open emails that you do not recognize and be very suspicious about emails that have to do with financial matters.
