Authorities have found a Rio Grande Valley man after he went missing while attending a graduation event with his family in Austin.

Joshua Torres went missing in Austin back on June 21st.

Family members reached out to Action 4 News on Facebook to help find him.

They were concerned about the 21-year-old's well-being because he had recently been abusing synthetic marijuana causing bad behavior changes.

Austin police confirmed on Wednesday morning that Torres has been found alive.

Family members told Action 4 News that Torres was found at a homeless sheter in Austin.

They're now trying to get a court order to send him to rehab.

Action 4 News reporter Katie Lopez will have an interview with Torres' mother during our 10 p.m. newscast.
