A man, originally wanted in Brownsville for murder, was accidently released from a Tennessee prison on Friday.

Randal Bolivar was awaiting trial for reportedly being involved in the murder of Aaron Castillo.

Castillo was murdered in 2009 in Las Brietas near Brownsville.

Bolivar and two other men are his accused murderers.

The three have not had a final conviction yet. Their trials were pending and expected to be coming up soon.

While awaiting trial, Bolivar left the valley and went to Tennessee.

He was arrested in Tennessee for drug charges and sentenced to prison there.

Prison officials released him from jail during a mix-up.

The 30-year-old is now on the loose in Tennessee.

Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio confirmed that their department was notified Friday.
