Four illegal immigrants injured in rollover accident in La Joya

Four illegal immigrants are recovering after a truck they were traveling in rolled over several times.

It all happened on FM 2221 in La Joya on Monday morning.

La Joya police said they saw the immigrants looking out from the bed of the truck when they attempted to make a traffic stop.

The driver of the Ford F-150 lost control of the vehicle and the truck rolled over injuring the immigrants hiding in the back.
