Alamo shooting victim released from hospital

A woman is out of the hospital but the search remains for the man man who shot her.

It all happened on  Tower and Sioux Roads around 1 a.m. Easter morning.

The woman was arguing with a man when he pulled out the gun and shot her in the back.

The woman was then transported to the hospital and the suspect fled the scene.

Investigators told Action 4 News the woman has been released from the hospital but the suspect remains at large.

He still remains at large and is described as being 5 ‘ 6”, 150 pounds and is around 24-year-old.

He was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and blue shorts.

Investigators said the suspect may have a self-inflicted gunshot wound to one of his legs, but they don’t know which one.
