A man out on bond for a kidnapping is back behind bars after he allegedly robbed a Harlingen pizza parlor at knifepoint.

Harlingen police arrested 28-year-old Michael Anthony Media on aggravated robbery charges on Tuesday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that Media is the suspect in a robbery that took place at the Little Ceasar’s Pizza on Monday.

Media allegedly entered the store armed with a knife wearing a baseball cap and a bandana.

A customer and employees hid in the manager’s office while Media took money from the cash register.

Detectives linked Media to the crime and found him at an abandoned building off West Monroe Avenue on Tuesday.

The building is near the scene of a kidnapping and assault where Media and four others were arrested back in February.

According to VALLEYCENTRAL.COM archives, Media received $63,000 dollars in bonds in that case.

Media appeared before a Harlingen municipal judge on Wednesday morning where he was issued $600,000 dollars in bonds.
