It's being called the largest lottery jackpot in world.

Nobody got the winning numbers 9-19-34-44-51 and the Mega Ball 24 for the Mega Millions lottery on Tuesday night.

With no grand prize winner, the jackpot has rolled over and now swelled to a record $476 million dollars.

But Texas Lottery Commission officials reported that Lady Luck visited two Lone Star State residents on Tuesday night.

Two residents won $250,000 after matching five out of the five numbers without getting the Mega Ball.

One of the two tickets was sold a Murphy's USA in Weatherford and the other was sold at JJ's Fast Stop in Palestine.

Mega Millions is drawn on Tuesdays and Fridays but has now gone since January 27th without a grand prize winner.

The jackpot has rolled over 18 times over the past nine weeks.

Texas Lottery Commission officials are calling the $476 million jackpot for Friday the largest in the history of the world.

Mega Millions is played in 41 states and the District of Columbia.

Winners must match five numbers and a sixth "Mega Ball" to win the full amount.

Paying $1 dollar extra allows players to pick a Megaplier of 2, 3 or 4 can double, triple or quadruple their non-jackpot winnings.

The odds of winning the jackpot are approximately 1 in 176 million while the odds of winning any of the Mega Millions prizes are approximately 1 in 40.
