A man is in serious condition after getting stabbed multiple times in the chest, according to Tim Howell, Information Services Director for the City of South Padre Island.
It happened on South Padre Island's Coca Cola Beach Saturday evening.
In an email, Howell told Action 4 News three hispanic men were involved.
Two men reportedly received minor cuts.
When Action 4 News called Police Chief Randy Smith, he said police are currently swamped with calls about different crimes.
He said he's working to learn more about what happened at the stabbing.
