Cuts to the state budget are resulting in drastic reductions in prescription reimbursement for independent pharmacies. New rules rolled out just over a week ago and already ten Valley pharmacies have been forced to close their doors. Registered Pharmacists Nario Rene Cantu and Bobby Muniz joined us to discuss how the cuts have affected them.
