Authorities are asking for the public's help in catching a man who was repeatedly caught on tape stealing beer and junk food from the same convenience store in Weslaco.
Weslaco police told Action 4 News that the bandit has stolen from the Stripes convenience store off 2455 N. International Blvd. several times between December and January.
Investigators said the suspect enters the store and appears like he's talking on his cell phone.
The man grabs beer and food and then walks out the store sometimes while talking on his phone and allegedly acting like he was busy and forgot to pay.
