Authorities are considering federal charges following a murder involving members of the Tri-City Bombers gang in San Juan.
The body of 36-year-old Rogelio Pardo, Jr. was left outside the dumpster of the Condesa Apartments off South I Road early Monday morning.
Police teamed up with the Texas Rangers and the U.S. Marshalls to arrest three men and one woman as part of the investigation.
The four were all arraigned on Tuesday afternoon but suspects David "Prophet" Enriquez and Roberto "Stretch" Garcia remain at large.
San Juan Police Chief Juan Gonzalez told Action 4 News that federal charges could be possible in the investigation.
Investigators believe Pardo was at a party at the Condesa Apartments where he was beaten to death.
Witnesses saw the suspect drag Pardo next to a dumpster around 4 a.m. but nobody called police until 7:50 a.m. Monday.
San Juan police said they are considering file an abatement to have the apartment complex shut down.
According to police figures, there were 45 incidents at the small apartment complex back in 2011.
