Bull gets on expressway, leads police on multi-city chase

A multi-city chase kept police busy in the Mid-Valley late Thursday night and early Friday morning.

The suspect? He had four legs, horns and tail.

A bull led wandered onto Expressway 83 between Tower and Border Roads in Alamo around 11 p.m. Thursday.

With no streets lights on, surprised drivers got a surprise had to swerve to avoid hitting the animal.

Alamo police kept the animal cornered in a field off East Duranta Avenue.

Just when the bull was about to get caught, It gave authorities the slip.

The four-legged suspect lead police on a chase through several neighborhoods and was last seen in the Donna area.

The brown and white bull remained on the loose early Friday morning.

It's not clear who owns the animal but anyone who spots it is asked to contact authorities.
