Paramedics rushed a 10-month-old baby to a hospital after it was reportedly splashed by gasoline all over its body.

The accident happened at a gas station off FM 1015 and Mile 11 North shortly after 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Sources told Action 4 News that the baby was with his mother while she was pumping gasoline.

The hose reportedly became detached from the spout and sprayed the baby in the face.

Paramedics rushed the child to a local hospital.

Investigators told Action 4 News that the baby appears to be doing fine.

Action 4 News will provide more information as it becomes available.
