Police have wanted him since 1999.
Now, the convicted murderer is in police custody.
U.S. Marshals and Hidalgo County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Adolfo Rosillo Saturday in Edinburg.
Rosillo was convicted of murdering a valley man on February 7, 1992 in Pharr.
In 1997, a court put Rosillo on shock probation, releasing him early and placing him on probation.
In 1999, the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office overturned that ruling.
Rosillo's ten-year sentence was reinstated.
He did not turn himself in.
Over ten years later, authorities learned Rosillo was in the Rio Grande Valley.
He is currently in the Hidalgo County Jail.
