A man who had been on the run for nearly eight months is captured hiding in a Harlingen trailer home.
U.S. Marshals and Harlingen Police officers arrested Eduardo Hernandez Cuevas a trailer home on the 4200 block of Wilson Road Thursday night at Southern Breeze Mobile Home Park.
Authorities search the home after questioning a female and found 33-year-old Hernandez Cuevas in a bedroom.
He and the female were both arrested without incident.
A second man inside the home was also arrested. His name has not been released.
Hernandez Cuevas was wanted on an outstanding warrant for the stabbing death of Ivan Rodriguez back in March.
According to reporters, Rodriguez and his brother had gotten into an argument with at least two men.
Rodriguez was stabbed to death on the 900 block of Sunset Drive, but his brother survived.
At least two suspected have been wanted in this case, Ernesto Garcia and Eduardo Hernandez Cuevas.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a$12,500 dollar reward for this capture.
