Action 4 Sunrise anchors Joey Horta and Mary Avila got into the spirit of a story they were talking about this morning.
Both of them wore Mickey Mouse ears to talk about the newly remodeled Disney Store at McAllen's La Plaza Mall.
On Tuesday morning, hundreds of shoppers from both sides of the border lined up to get a first-hand look.
Some parents even pulled their children out of school for the grande opening to see the store's interactive videos and features.
Store officials are callling it, "The best 30 minutes of a child's day."
The La Plaza Mall store features "immersive" experiences including a Disney Princess Castle with Magic Mirror, Translucent Magical Trees, Disney CARS neighborhood and the Disney Store Theatre.
