The Obama administration approved a health care package for women that includes free birth control.

This has conservative groups opposing the move, but many women praising it.

It's part of an initiative that requires insurers to cover the cost of preventative care for women.

"Half of the pregnancies are unintended because of a lack of access to birth control so that would reduce the number of unintended pregnancies and reduce abortions," said Patricio Gonzales with Planned Parenthood.

The initiative would result in a slight overall increase in premiums, but overall, women we talked to said they wouldn't mind if it in the end, it results in saving them money on their preventative care.

The new health care package should be available by January 2013.

What do you think?
