Las Palmas Bakery on 1020 Palm Boulevard in Brownsville scored 28 demerits on health report.
Kitchen cops snapped multiple photos of the violations in the kitchen.
The bakery received high demerits for improper hand-washing and other employee hygienic practices along with a cross contamination concern and dirty equipment.
A customer who spoke to the Food Patrol said the violations made him “wonder” about what really goes on in the kitchen.
“They need to clean it up,” Ivan Welker said.
But it wasn’t just a bakery that failed to rise to inspection standards this week.
