Fatal crash near La Feria

Members of the Action 4 News team worked together to bring you this report.

Two men are dead after a crash at about 3 a.m. Saturday.

A spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Safety tells Action 4 News the crash happened on Business 83 and about a quarter mile east of Rabb Road near La Feria.

Authorities say a man was backing out of a private drive “without safety,” when a second man in a GMC pick-up struck the van.

Both men died on impact.
