If you enjoy the great outdoors and are between the ages of six to 18 years old then listen up!
The Valley Land Fund is hosting a "Southern Exposure Youth Nature" photo contest.
All youth who enter will be recognized and awarded a T-shirt.
Twelve winning photos will be featured in the Valley Land Fund 2012 photo calendar.
Contest dates are from June 6th to noon at August 1st.
"Nature photography is important for many different reasons, first of all education is a component of what the Valley Land Fund does and nature photography is a great way to educate kids about the outdoors about the diversity of wildlife that exist in South Texas" said Grant Ellis Executive Director of Valley Land Fund.
