A restaurant in San Juan may have scored 25 demerits on a health report, but the owner says his kitchen proves otherwise.

Rebeca’s Tacos on 309 North Nebraska Road is a low performer.

Kitchen cops spotted food handlers not wearing hairnets or washing hands, no hot water for proper sanitation and food labeling concerns.

The eatery’s owner, “Donato,” said the report was not indicative of how he runs his restaurant.

He personally brought the Food Patrol into the kitchen to look around.

Donato wanted to show the great care that goes into keeping his kitchen clean and his patrons safe.

The Food Patrol’s camera was rolling on the tour.
