Fatal accident near Lasara

The Texas Department of Public Safety has identified 22-year-old Martin Silva III as the victim of a fatal vehicle accident that happened Saturday at about 4:30 a.m. Near Lasara. More details to come on Action 4 News at 6 and 10.
