The Texas Department of Public Safety says a San Juan couple is dead after an alleged drunk driver struck their vehicle at approximately 2:40 a.m. in McAllen.

A 5-month-old boy and a 2-year-old were transported to McAllen Medical Center with minor injuries.

A mission man has been arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. More details to come on Action 4 News at 6 and 10.
