A Brownsville woman is behind bars after she allegedly forced a teenage boy into a sexual relationship with her.
Brownsville police arrested 39-year-old Flora Christina Martinez-Ibarra on two sex abuse charges earlier this week.
Investigators told Action 4 News that a 14-year-old made the outcry to his mother.
He told detectives that Martinez-Ibarra was forcing him into a sexual relationship with her.
Investigators did not say how Martinez-Ibarra knew the boy or exactly the teen was forced to be intimate with her.
But police said detectives learned that the 39-year-old woman had been having sex with the boy for the past two months.
Police arrested Martinez-Ibarra at her home without incident.
She's facing continuous sexual abuse of a child and sexual assault of a child charges.
Martinez-Ibarra remains in the Cameron County Jail under $100,000 dollars in bonds.
Jail records show that U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have filed a detainer against her.
