A Brownsville couple was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after they were caught in the act on Tuesday evening.

A security officer at Morningside Park found Andres Ovale, 28, and Isabel Garcia, 17, inside a parked 2000 Chevy blazer.

According to the officer, Garcia was allegedly performing oral sex on Ovalle.

The two were arrested and initially charged with public lewdness, but the charges were later dropped to disorderly conduct.
