Four teens accused in a case where they used a cell phone to sodomize a classmate are expected to face a judge on Monday afternoon.

Investigators told Action 4 News that the four teens are expected to appear before a juvenile judge at the Darrell B. Hester Juvenile Justice Center in San Benito at 1:30 p.m. Monday.

The four boys, ranging in ages from 13 to 14 years old, have been in custody since Friday.

They're accused of playing a game that went too far.

Sheriff Omar Lucio told Action 4 News that the boys ganged up and grabbed a 15-year-old.

Lucio said the teens inserted a cell phone into the boy's anus and videotaped the whole thing on another cell phone.

The judge presiding over the Monday afternoon is expected to decide whether or not the boys will remain in custody of if they should face charges as adults.
