A robbery suspect is behind bars after he tried to run from police in Mission.
Investigators told Action 4 News that it all began on Tuesday evening when Mission police tried to arrest a robbery suspect.
The suspect fled into a wooded area off Shary Road and Mile 12 North.
A Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) helicopter helped in the search.
Officers reported that they were able to find the suspect without incident.
The suspect's name has not been released but he's expected to be arraigned on Wednesday morning.
