Edinburg police find missing 6-year-old girl

Edinburg police reported that they found a 6-year-old girl who went missing from a local mobile home park.

Investigators told Action 4 News that the girl was last seen at Live Oak Mobile Home Park at 7121 North McColl Road around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The mobile home park is located just north of Schunior Road.

Police said the girl was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue pants.

Officers are searching the area for the girl but did not have much more information.

Investigators told Action 4 News that the girl was found safe and sound at a neighbor's house shorly before 6 p.m. Tuesday.
