A Starr County man is behind bars after being accused in the shooting death that took place outside a convenience store.
Starr County Sheriff Department deputies arrested 26-year-old Eduviges Moreno on Wednesday evening.
Investigators told Action 4 News that they believe Moreno participated in a deadly shooting at a store just west of Rio Grande City on Tuesday night.
Deputies reported that 21-year-old Luis Adrian Garcia was killed outside the store.
Investigators said Moreno lived near the scene of the crime.
Starr County Sheriff Rene Fuentes told Action 4 News the case remains under investigation.
Deputies are looking for more men who were seen fleeing the scene in a pickup truck.
