Las Milpas convenience store robbed at knifepoint

Authorities are looking for a man who allegedly used a knife to rob a Las Milpas convenience store late Thursday morning.

Pharr police told Action 4 News that the robbery happened at an Aziz Convenience Store at 6505 South Cage Boulevard around 11:40 a.m. Thursday.

Investigators said an man walked into the store and then bought some items.

During the purchase, he allegedly reached into the register and at one point displayed a knife.

The man ran off with an unspecified amount of cash.

Witnesses told police the man was wearing a white shirt with faded black pants.
